On December 5, 2023, the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC), in collaboration with the "University of Economics and Finance" and the “Financial Literacy Hub” NGO, organized a public discussion titled “Implementation of the Corporate Governance Code and Compliance Risk Management.” The objective was to strengthen corporate governance frameworks in regulated sectors and to introduce effective compliance oversight mechanisms.

Creditech CTM NBFI LLC actively participated in the discussion and gained valuable insights into methodologies for assessing the implementation of the Corporate Governance Code, compliance risk evaluation, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT) risk assessments. The event served as a platform for exchanging perspectives on the current landscape, key challenges, practical solutions, and real-world success stories, while jointly exploring future directions.
